Jessica is a vocal coach, performer, choral conductor, piano and music educator, based in Toronto and Hong Kong. She has over 8 years of music teaching experience. She graduated with First Class Honours in Vocal from Hong Kong Baptist University, studying under renowned soprano Ms. Chan Siu Kwan. And recently achieved Kodaly Music teaching Level 1 Certificate at Western University with excellence. 

 

She was awarded of Excellence Education Guidance in recognition of teacher whose students showed outstanding performance in vocal competition and got the top three awards issued by The 6th (Tai Wan) Asia. Aegean Sea Music Competition 2022 and Global Arts, Sports and Culture Association.

She has extensive performing experiences in a wide range of music productions. In Toronto, she has performed with Canadian Chamber Choir as a member of Babel Chorus and Beethoven Symphony no.9 with Mandle Philharmonic Choir in 2024. At the University, she was one of the member of the top music ensemble in Hong Kong, Cantoria. She played as the lead role Joanna in the Off-braodway musical “Childrenʼs Letter to God” (2021), acted as Jing in the play “The Walker Revelation” (2021), meanwhile has her original song piece “New Yearʼs Eve” written and performed in it; Performed as suppliant women in the ancient drama “The Suppliant Women” in the 47th Hong Kong Arts Festival (2018).; She was the Anthem Leader to lead the fellows sang in HKBU 59th Commencement. She was also involved in Operatic productions such as “The Merry Widow”, “Lʼelsir Dʼamore”, and “Don Goivanni.
 

During her study in University of Leeds, she was invited to sing as soprano soloist with the orchestra in the LUUMS Sinfonia and Symphonic Choir Summer Concert 2019.

Jessica has received numerous accolades, including the Hong Kong Children Choir Scholarship (2018-19) and the Music Honour Roll 2020: Honours Students Project Award, reflecting her dedication to excellence in music education and performance.
